I need a return label?

Each item we ship will have a return address on the reverse of each kit to make it easy for you to return.

 
Can I amend any part of my order?

You can only add or change things to your order before it has been processed and payment has been made. Once your order has been processed and payment has been verified you can no longer make amendments to your order.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?

Whilst we can deliver to Channel Islands and other remote areas, we would stress the importance of getting samples back to our labs as fresh as possible.

How do I obtain a VAT receipt for an online purchase (UK customers)?

Every customer making a purchase on our site can receive VAT receipt so long you supply us with your VAT number in advance of the sale being processed.

Every customer making a purchase on our site can receive VAT receipt so long you supply us with your VAT number in advance of the sale being processed.

How do I place an order?

Firstly select the product you wish to purchase, register as a customer and then make payment via Paypal, Credit Card, Invoice or Amazon. The site will quote you in your local currency at the current exchange rate and converts this figure back to Euro at the end of the sale process.

Once we receive the order the available partner lab is notified together with the shipping department who ship your order within three working days.

How do I return an item by post?

Customers can return their kits to the address label which is adhered to the reverse of the test kit. Whilst all kits are shipped at no charge, customers must however pay their own postage costs for returning it back to the lab for testing.
